NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017 CC 004002 NC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein PINEBROOK HOLLOW CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MARYLINE J. O'DEA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARYLINE J. O'DEA; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 1 N/K/A RICHARD SLESINGER and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 2 N/K/A BETTY SLESINGER are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: [ ] www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 9:00 a.m., on the 27 day of December, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 51, Pinebrook Hollow, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 1378, Page 519 through 567, and as amended, and as per plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Book 14, Page 35, 35A through 35C, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
