NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016 CA 003030 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein James B. Nutter & Company is the Plaintiff and Reginald Grimes; Katherine Grimes; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 12th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK J, NEWTOWN HEIGHTS FIRST ADDITION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 AT PAGE 199, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
