NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 27, 2017 in Case No. 17-CA-000388 in the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein THE COVE AT SIX MILE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and RUDOLF H. WOLBER, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on January 5, 2018. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
