NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 30, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-003347 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee relating to Chevy Chase Funding LLC Mortgage Backed Certificates Series 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and Donna J. Ravenhill, as Successor Trustee of the John A. Ravenhill Revocable Trust created under Trust Agreement dated August 7, 2006; North Shore Place Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Beneficiaries of the John A. Ravenhill Revocable Trust dated August 7, 2006; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendants Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will ·sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on the 4 day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
