NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 7, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-003707, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5 is Plaintiff and SCOTT A. ROBBINS; CAROL J. ROBBINS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR VALLEY BANK; VILLAGEWALK OF BONITA SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 7 day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
