WADZUK, AS TRUSTEE OF THE LAVERNE A. WADZUK TRUST DATED 7/11/1990; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; NEIL BONSTELL A/K/A NEIL T. BONSTELL; JOYCE E. BONSTELL A/K/A JOYCE BONSTELL are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on April 16, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
