NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued out of the County Court of Lee County, Florida, on the 7th day of November, 2017, in the cause wherein Donald Carter, is Plaintiff, and Jeanette R. Gilmore, is Defendant, being Case No. 16-CA-001019, in the said county; further by a Judgment Lien Certificate, Number J16000801112, issued by the State of Florida, Secretary of State, on the 20th day of December, 2016; I, MIKE SCOTT, as Sheriff of Lee County, Florida, have levied upon all of the right, title, and interest of the Defendant, Jeanette R. Gilmore, in and to the following described property to-wit:

and on Thursday, January 18, 2018, at 2072 Victoria Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida at the hour of 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, I will offer for sale all of the Defendant's, Jeannette R. Gilmore, right, title, and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH IN HAND, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above-described Execution.
