NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 8, 2017, entered in Case No. 17-CA-002110 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CitiBank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Mark Turner; Robin Turner a/k/a Robin O. Turner; Vanderbilt Lakes II Homeowners Association, Inc.; Lee County, Florida are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on January, 22, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK C, VANDERBILT LAKES II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 88, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
