NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 13, 2017 in Civil Case No. 11-CA-007267, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER K. STANLEY; OLGA I. CLAUDIO STANLEY; CARVERWOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR-BY-MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on January 9, 2018 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 2, CARVERWOODS UNIT NO. I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGE 9 PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND AN UNDIVIDED 1/17 INTEREST IN LOT “A”.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
