NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-008774 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Financial System Florida, Inc, is the Plaintiff and GE Capital Mortgage SErvices, Inc., Uknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors And Lienors Of Thomas J. Russell, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 8th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
