LOT 9, IN BLOCK 31, OF HAWKS POINT PHASES 1C-2 AND 1D-1 , ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 122, PAGE 121, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1905 HAWKS VIEW DR, RUSKIN, FL 33570; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on JANUARY 12, 2018 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
