NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 09, 2017, and entered in 13-CA-013874 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-CB1 is the Plaintiff and LEIGH ANN SIMMONS-YORK A/K/A LEIGH SIMMONS; WAYNE ROBERT LOMAX; SOUTHWOOD HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A TAMMY HARRISON are the Defendant(s).
