NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 15, 2017 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-002490 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC F/K/A GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF TRAVER J. BROWN, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6TH day of February, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 14 of VILLAS ON THE GREEN, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 5207, Page 1191 and First Amendment to the Declaration recorded in Official Record Book 5217, Page 1651 and Certificate of Amendment recorded in Official Record Book 5722, Page 1257 and Condominium recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 2, all of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
