NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 29, 2017 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-009431, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, BY CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., AS ITS ATTORNEY IN FACT is the Plaintiff, and JOHN S. SHERMAN; DORIS T. SHERMAN; DIAMOND HILL MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; DIAMOND HILL SINGLE FAMILY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on January 3, 2018 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 71 OF DIAMOND HILL PHASE 1B UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE(S) 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
