NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure sale dated December 4, 2017, entered in Case No. 15-CA-000695 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-16 is the Plaintiff and Linda L. Hepburn; Gregory N. Hepburn; Colonial Hills Homeowners Association, Inc.; United States of America, Department of the Treasury – Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 11th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 4, COLONIAL HILLS PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
