NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 11, 2017, entered in Case No. 17-CA-004766 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Maudlin Young; Unknown Spouse of Maudlin Young; Anserd Fraser; Unknown Spouse of Anserd Fraser are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 3rd day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wi:
LOT 2 BLOCK 3, OF HIGHLAND PINES ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 80, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
