NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 17-003830-CI-11 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and 30 DAYS REAL ESTATE CORP, AS TRUSTEE FOR 565 PRISCILLA TRUST AND GULFSIDE SUPPLY, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, D/B/A GULEAGLE SUPPLY, are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 8, 2018 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
The South 1/2 of Lot 43 and the North 17.5 feet of Lot 44, SEMINOLE HEIGHTS REVISED SUB., a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 1, Page 24, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
