NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 603, Building 6, of PINEWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4648, Pages 294-364, inclusive, and all amendments thereto, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 27, Pages 5-8, inclusive, amended in Condominium Plat Book 28, Page 58, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with its undivided share in the common elements. With the following street address: 601 N. Hercules Avenue, #603, Clearwater, Florida, 33765.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 18, 2018.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
