Gerside f/k/a Crista Lee Mason, as an Heir of the Estate of Frances A. Shields, deceased, Karen Hardy Zeller, as an Heir of the Estate of Frances A. Shields, deceased, Michael Lee Mason, as an Heir of the Estate of Frances A. Shields, deceased, Michelle Zamparelli-Fazio, Palm Coast Recovery Corp., State of Florida Department of Revenue, Tami A. Marshall, as an Heir of the Estate of Frances A. Shields, deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Frances A. Shields, deceased, William Edward Hardy, as an Heir of the Estate of Frances A. Shields, deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 8th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
