NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 6, 2017, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of January, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 704, PHASE III AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE LAKES CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5392, PAGE 771 THROUGH 835 INCLUSIVE, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE 99 THROUGH 105, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE CERTAIN AMENDMENTS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5521, PAGE 2036 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5633, PAGE 1794 ET SEQ.
