ROSS; YANKEETOWN MANAGEMENT, LLC AS TRUSTEE FOR TRUST NO.1205291932, DATED JANUARY 30, 2012; GE CAPITAL RETAIL BANK F/K/A GE CAPITAL CONSUMER CARD CO.; RIVER WATCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; STATE OF FLORIDA-DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS, TENANTS, OWNERS, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES N/KA/ BRENDA DOLL are the Defendant(s).
