NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2017 and Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated December 12, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-11011 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-23, is the Plaintiff and KATHY L. KIETZMAN, is Defendant, Tiffany Moore, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on January 31, 2018 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
