NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2017, in Case Number 2016-CA-005859-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which Fairwinds Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and Damon C. Yarbrough and Bank of America, NA, n/k/a Bank of America Corporation, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on February 27, 2018, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 4, Block C, Azalea Park Section Thirty Three, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book Y, Page 35, Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Notice is also given pursuant to ยง 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
