NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 10, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 011127 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage FSB N/K/A Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Zoila Gomez, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 10th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
