NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2017, and entered in 2014CA006199 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and KATHRYN LYNN PERRY A/K/A KATHY L. PERRY A/K/A KATHRYN LYNN MCCULLAH A/K/A KATHRYN LYNN BIRD; JENNIFER LEE BUTLER A/K/A JENNIFER L. BUTLER; CHARLES KENNETH REID A/K/A CHARLES K. REID; MATTHEW ALAN REID A/K/A MATTHEW A. REID; MICHELE S. MATHEWS A/K/A MICHELE SUZANNE VOY A/K/A MICHELE SUZANNE COOK; BLAKE MEDICAL CENTER; TENANT #1 N/K/A ALLAN COOK are the Defendant(s).
