NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-005254 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P., Plaintiff and Russell Gregg Cason A/K/A Russell G. Cason are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 19, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 213, SUNNY LAKES ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 73, 74 AND 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
