NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled Case that I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 5-C of DESOTO SQUARE VILLAS, PHASE I, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 914, Page 1624, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8, Page 124 and amended in Condominium Plat Book 9, Page 137, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash: Manatee County at 11:00 a.m. on the January 16, 2018 VIA THE INTERNET: www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Final payment must be made on or before 9:00 a.m. on the day after the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
PLEASE PUBLISH TWICE (ONE TIME PER WEEK FOR 2 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS) AND PUBLICATIONS LAST RUN MUST FINISH AT LEAST FIVE (5) DAYS PRIOR TO THE SALE DATE.
