NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2017 in Case No. 2017CA001918000000 in the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein ROYAL HILLS OF POLK COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and DOUGLAS TURNER, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on January 16, 2018. ( ) www.polk.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, OF ROYAL HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 136, PAGES 12 & 13 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
