NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA003912000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and COREY DZIUBEK A/K/A COREY E. DZIUBEK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF COREY DZIUBEK A/K/A COREY E. DZIUBEK; EDWARD J. HEINLEIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDWARD J. HEINLEIN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; INDIAN LAKE ESTATES, INC. F/K/A INDIAN LAKE CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A. LOT 4, BLOCK 352, INDIAN LAKE ESTATES UNIT NO. 13, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE(S) 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
