NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 12, 2017 entered in Case Number: 2013-CA-1904 of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein: DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-QA7 is the Plaintiff and JAN PAUL ANTONMATTEI; LAURIE S. ANTONMATTEI; and TRUST MORTGAGE, LLC successor in interest to GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, N/K/A GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, are Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 3rd floor, Lobby, Naples, FL 34112 beginning at 11:00 a.m. on January 11, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, towit:
