NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2017 and entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-000782-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, M & T BANK, , is Plaintiff and DIEGO M. CARRAU; et al.; are Defendants, the Office of Dwight E. Brock, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 11 day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14 of Block 268, UNIT 7, GOLDEN GATE, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat book 5, pages 135 to 146, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
