NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-000826 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as indenture trustee, for CIM Trust 2016-4, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2016-4, is the Plaintiff and Cecilia Flynn a/k/a Cecilia F. Flynn a/k/a Cecilia F. Flynn, Paul T. Flynn, Unknown Party #2, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Brittany Yeager, Bay Lending Corporation, an inactive Florida Corporation, Gwendolyn M. Jones as trustee of the Gwendolyn M. Jones Revocable Trust dated November 28, 2001, Russell E. Jones as trustee of the Russell E. Jones Revocable Trust dated November 28, 2001, Timberwood of Naples Association, Inc., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 11th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
