NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 8, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-000636-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Jocelyn Balagot, Romeo Balagot, MAC Contractors of FL, LLC, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 11th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 402, BELIZE AT CAPE MARCO, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3544, PAGE 460, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
