Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 30, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
LOT 55 OF QUAIL HOLLOW, ACCORD TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 4036 VINE LANE, NAPLES, FL 34112; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112., on January 11, 2018 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
