Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 8, 2017, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
UNIT 8-303, ENCLAVE AT NAPLES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3731, PAGE 2534 AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1150 WILDWOOD LAKES BOULEVARD, NAPLES, FL 34104; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112., on January 11, 2018 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
