NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 2016CA001731CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF LONG BEACH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-9, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-9 is Plaintiff and LYNNETTE DUNNING-WILSON and MAITLAND WILSON, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, PAULA O'NEIL, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on February 05, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
