RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed December 12th, 2017 and entered in Case No. 2015 CA 005400 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., is Plaintiff, and S. WALKER A/K/A STEVEN WALKER A/K/A STEVEN M. WALKER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
The East 73 feet of the West 467 feet of the South 143 of the North 168 feet of Tract 19, Block 3, Section 32, Township 36 South, Range 18 East, HYDE PARK CITRUS SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 49, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 'A', Page 8, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
The Property Appraiser's Parcel Identification Number of the above described real property is 5703-0090
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
