Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Sarasota County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:

The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest bidder for case, on 1/22/2018 at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statues.
