NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 5, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 007175 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JEANNINE LAHAYE A/K/A JEANNINE AIMEE LAHAYE, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEANNINE LAHAYE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT #1; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY UNIT #2; CLAUDINE O'BRIEN A/K/A CLAUDINE M. O'BRIEN; SUNTRUST BANK; are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 9 day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, HARRIET SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
