Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 10, 2017, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 12, BLOCK B, EL SOL SUBDIVISION, (UNRECORDED), A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 85, PAGES 601 THROUGH 603, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, on January 12, 2018 beginning at 09:00 AM.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
