NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2017, and entered in 17-CA-001492 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF FIRST NLC TRUST 2007-1 MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and RICHARD MULLIGAN A/K/A RICHARD P. MULLIGAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD MULLIGAN A/K/A RICHARD P. MULLIGAN are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on March 14, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
