NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 3, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-010668 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST III, is Judgment Assignee and TIMOTHY M. WILLIAMS; et al., are Defendant(s).
