NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2017, and entered in 12-CA-013615 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE LXS 2007-15N TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH CAETANO; PERA CITY PLAZA TAMPA INC. AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO FAISON CITY PLAZA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP; GRAND HAMPTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; YELLOWBOOK, INC. FKA YELLOW BOOK SALES AND DISTRIBUTION INC. FKA YELLOW BOOK SALES AND DISTRIBUTION INC. A FOREIGN CORPORATION QUALIFIED TO DO BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA DBA YELLOW BOOK USA; are the Defendant(s).
