NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of November, 2017, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-28921, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and CESAR MARCOS A/K/A CEASAR MARCOS A/K/A CESAR CAMACUARI; NURY MONCADA; SOMERSET MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAT FRANK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 16th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
