NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 1, 2017 and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002037 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE OF UPLAND MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST A, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNESS, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF SUSAN L. MOON AKA SUSAN MOON, DECEASED and BRIGADOON HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on January 22, 2018, 10:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 3, BRIGADOON ON LAKE HEATHER TOWNHOME PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 16677 Brigadoon Dr., Tampa, FL 33618.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
