NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 1, 2017, entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-006619 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and JEFFREY M. BANKS; DOROTHY J. BANKS, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of March, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
THE SOUTH ½ OF THE WEST 1/8 OF THE NW ¼ OF THE SW ¼ OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND THE EAST 15 FEET OF THE NORTH ½ OF THE WEST 1/8 OF THE NE ¼ OF THE SW ¼ OF SAID SECTION.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
