NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 16-3541-CI-13, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST III, is Substituted Plaintiff and BRIAN L. BARKER; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on January 25, 2018 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 52, Block A, Palms of Tierra, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 112, Pages 70, 71, and 72 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with Boat Slip No. 29
