NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 4, 2017, and entered in Case No. 14-004342-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which ANGELA CUONO is the Plaintiff and DAVID WAGNER is the defendant, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
