Youhn, deceased, File Number 17-010623-ES by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 - Court Street, Room 106, Clearwater, FL 33756; that the decedent's date of death was June 21, 2017 and the last four digits of whose social security number are 4440; that the total value of the estate is $7,292.89 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
