NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 18, 2017 entered in Civil Case No. 17000547CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff and LEONID LEBED A/K/A LEONID D. LEBED; LYUDMILA LEBED A/K/A LYUDMILA P. LEBED, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, ROGER D. EATON, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Charlotte County's On Line Public Auction website: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on January 22, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in CHARLOTTE County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
